Shine Pilates caters for everybody no matter where they are on their
pilates journey. Choose a class or speak with a Pilates Instructor to find the

Our group Reformer Pilates classes are designed to help you strengthen, tone, and lengthen your muscles in a supportive and dynamic group environment. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. With a maximum of six participants per class, you’ll get personalized attention and support from your instructor, while also enjoying the motivation and energy of a group setting.

If you’re looking for a challenging workout that combines cardio, strength training, and Pilates, BURN classes might be just what you need! At Shine Pilates, we offer BURN classes that are designed to help you break a sweat and get your heart rate up while also toning and sculpting your muscles. Our BURN classes are led by experienced instructors who will guide you through a series of high-intensity exercises using equipment like resistance bands, weights, and Pilates props.

We offer pre and post natal classes designed to help expectant mothers stay active, healthy, and strong throughout their pregnancy. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that are safe and effective for you and your growing baby. Our prenatal classes focus on building strength in the muscles that support your changing body, improving your flexibility and balance, and reducing stress and tension.

At Shine Pilates, we believe that Pilates is not just a physical exercise, but also a practice that promotes inner peace and presence. Our private Reformer Pilates sessions are designed to help you cultivate a deeper mind-body connection and tap into the peace and presence within you. During your private Pilates session, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on your breath, quiet your mind, and tune in to the sensations in your body.

However, incorporating equipment into your practice with the guidance of expert instructors can provide added resistance and help you target specific areas of the body.

Yes, it can be a great workout for beginners. At Shine we offer beginner-friendly classes with experienced instructors that focus on building a strong foundation in the practice. Additionally, it is a low-impact form of exercise that can be modified to suit all fitness levels, making it a great option for those who are new to exercise, during pregnancy or recovering from an injury.

At Shine, we recommend practising 2-3 times per week for optimal results. However, even practising once a week can provide benefits such as improved posture, core strength, and flexibility. Consistency is key when it comes to seeing results, so finding a routine and an expert instructor that works for you is important.

When attending one of our classes, it’s important to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Fitted tops and leggings are a great option, as loose clothing may get in the way during certain exercises. You’ll also want to wear socks with grip to help you maintain your balance on the mat and equipment, you can also buy Reformer Pilates Grip socks at our store.
