No prior experience is needed! Our Intro Pack and beginner-friendly classes are designed to guide you step-by-step, whether you’re completely new to Pilates or returning after a break.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend breathable, stretchy activewear and footwear appropriate to the class style (or barefoot if applicable). If you’re unsure, comfort is always the best guide.
Your first class is all about getting comfortable. The instructor will introduce themselves, explain the structure of the class, and guide you through the movements at a manageable pace. Options and modifications will be offered, so you can move at your own level.
Yes, private sessions are available for those who prefer one-on-one instruction or more personalised guidance. These can be tailored to your goals, experience level, or specific needs.
Just bring yourself and a water bottle. Any required equipment is usually provided. If you prefer using your own mat or personal gear, you’re welcome to bring it along.
Absolutely. Please let your instructor know before class so they can offer appropriate modifications. We encourage you to listen to your body and move in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Once your intro pack is complete, you can continue with regular class passes or memberships. This gives you the flexibility to keep building your practice at a pace that suits you.
