It is a great workout for the mind and body. Through regular practice, you can improve your core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance. At Shine, we’ve also seen many of our members alleviate back pain and reduce stress through reformer pilates.

For your next Pilates Reformer class, we recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing such as leggings and a fitted top. You’ll want to wear something that allows you to move freely and won’t get in the way of your workout.

Our instructors recommend that two or three times per week is optimal to get the best results. However, we understand that everyone’s schedule is different, and we’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle. Simply view our timetable to find times that suit you.
